Update Wednesday

Hi everybody! My big news is that I have a release date for LIFE IN THE LUCKY ZONE, the sequel to LIFE IN THE NO-DATING ZONE. So mark your calendars for April 5, 2016! And watch out for a cover reveal sometime in the next couple of months. It's so cute. I think you're going to love it.

As far as my weekly writing update goes, I've finished the current work in progress and the book is with my beta readers/critiquers. Yay! A couple of them have already sent it back to me, so I'm about to start editing and rewriting. That part of the process is hard work, but I enjoy digging into my story to make it better.

My reading update: Two of the books I read this month were young adult. First, Gail Carriger's MANNERS & MUTINY, which is the last in her Finishing School steampunk series. Lots of action and so much fun! And second, Kathleen Baldwin's A SCHOOL FOR UNUSUAL GIRLS, which is the first in her Stranje House historical romance series. It had spies, smart girls, swoony boys, and again, lots of action. I'm looking forward to the next installment.
